I'm still thinking ...

  1. I don't typically plan my fall reading like I do my summer reading. I guess because I'm not debating what to take with me on a trip, I feel like I don't have to. I do notice I have a bunch of review books coming up though.

  2. I have Someone Else's Love Story on my kindle, but unread and want to read Three Story House. I don't plan more than one week in advance, because I know I won't stick to it :) Enjoy those great books you have.

  3. The summer is my big reading time. I know that things will slow down in the fall, reading-wise.

Bloggishly speaking, I'm taking an online writing class and an online drawing class. Hope I can use these in my blog and my life.

  8. My fall reading tends to turn a little more serious... especially after lighter summer books. I'm reading An American Tragedy now for the classics club spin - surprisingly good for such a long book!

  12. These are wonderful selections! I see some fave authors here and some new ones. Fall is a great time to curl up with a book! I just realized I'm going to be featured on Book Dilettante the first week in September. (Nightmares Can Be Murder, the first of the Dream Club Mysteries from Penguin-Random House). Wow, I am honored. Looking forward to chatting about books on this great site.

  13. Sadly, in a way, this is the time when my reading (and blogging) drops dramatically as I rush around trying to get my classroom up and running. Glad to know about the new Dennis LeHane, though. He's awesome. Also, I've loved the Murakami discussion with you at my place. Xo

  14. What great books!
I'm trying not to accept too many (more) review books. It's not easy because I think the books released this year have been fantastic.

  17. I'm finding I'm more drawn to mysteries as it goes into fall versus lighter fiction books. I've heard great things about Joshilyn Jackson and Three Story House looks intriguing. Enjoy your fall reads!

  19. Tour dates do the planning for me, though some of my Sept. books have been lost in the mail ether this time around. Not sure what happened there.

    Happy reading.

  20. Oooooo...very nice mailbox.

I can't wait to read Three Story House.

I have The Drop also. I usually like Dennis Lehane's books even though his last book was a bit of a disappointment.

    ENJOY your reading week.
