Sunday Salon: January Books

Welcome to the Sunday Salon where bloggers share their reading each week. Visit The Sunday Post hosted by The Caffeinated Bookreviewer. Also visit It's Monday: What Are You Reading hosted by Book Journey.

A few books came in this new year - three ARCs from Harper Collins and a hardcover for review from William Morrow.

The Precious One by Marisa de los Santos - ARC

World Gone By by Dennis Lehane- ARC

My Father's Wives by Mike Greenberg- ARC

A Fine Summer's Day by Charles Todd.

Seems as if I have my January reading cut out for me.

What books are on your shelves this week?

  1. I started Anne Rice's Prince Lestat today. Still reading Jane Austen's Mansfield Park, and a poetry collection She wanted a Love Poem by Kimolisa Mings. Reading other stuff but these are the ones that leap to mind.

  3. Nice group of books! And in particular I had to write down The Precious One because it sounds so intriguing! On my coffee table are 4 books to chose from - ALL the books I had requested unexpectedly came it at the same time! I think I'm going to switch to a bit of humor and read, You're not lost if you can see the truck by Bill Heavy. Someone called him the Erma Bombeck of the Woods. Enjoy your week!

  7. I'm keeping the list modest. If I take on too much, I disappoint myself. Keeping to my intention: less is more.
