It's Monday! What Are You Reading?

This Monday meme is held by Sheila at Book Journey. Tell us what you are reading or plan to read during the week.

My reads this week are

More Like Her by Liza Palmer

The Thirteen: by Susie Moloney

A Prayer for Owen Meany by John Irving

The Bedlam Detective by Stephen Gallagher

Restoration  by Olaf Olafsson

This is a very ambitious list, I must admit. Especially since I have a book tour for The Shoemaker's Wife by Adriani Trigani on April 10 as well! Looking forward to it too!

What are you planning to read this week? And did anyone pull an April Fool's joke on you today, April 1? Were you taken in by it?

  1. Definitely an ambitious list! I love it :)

No one pulled a joke on me today, although I deliberately tried to avoid people because I hate practical jokes so much! I stayed home with my dogs instead, hehehe.

  2. No jokes played here either.

My favorite read this week was Stuck on Earth by David Class. Please come see what else I'm reading.

  4. I can't wait to see what you think of Owen Meany. Are you reading it for the first time? I keep thinking that I need to read it again. The first time I read it, I hated it; most people adore it.

    Ciao!

Here's It's Monday! What Are You Reading?! Please stop by and say hello!

  10. Good luck with the books, quite a few to get through.

I asked for a review copy of More Like Her but I haven't got it yet - patiently waiting. Nice to see that you're (also) reading it.

  12. I completely forgot it was April Fool's Day. I guess if it's going to be April Fools and Palm Sunday on the same day, one has to take precedence.
Good luck with getting through all of those books this week!

  16. My 8 year old niece got me good, text me that she'd lost the $10 I'd just given her and had me searching our house for it. Little minx.

A very eclectic mix of book, hope you enjoy them. The Shoemaker's Wife is one I'm interested in.

  18. I'm participating in a sort of book bloggers' recommendation challenge this year, and have A Prayer for Owen Meany on my list! I also have The Bedlam Detective for review, but still about 4 books down the pile (it looks so good that I keep being tempted to put it nearer the top!)

    Enjoy your reading week!
