A Valentine's Gift: New Books

My new reads for Valentine's Day are not romance novels!

There are two nonfiction books: Literary Rogues and a memoir, Once Upon a Gypsy Moon, as well as the historical novel, Seven Locks. A contemporary mystery, A Cold and Lonely Place, is by the award winning writer, Sara J. Henry.

Click on the covers for details about the books. I won A Cold and Lonely Place from the author through a contest by Poe's Deadly Daughters.

What are you reading on Valentine's Day?

  1. I am reading a manuscript on this Valentine's Day :) I love, love the cover for "Seven Locks", one of the best I have ever seen I think.

I have to read more about these books, because I do not know anything about any of them. Thank you so much for putting these books on my radar.

  5. These look great, especially Seven Locks. I am reading A White Wind Blew in paper, and in audio, I just started Indiscretion. They aren't romantic reads, but they are good ones!!

    Happy Valentine's Day to you!
