What I definitely have on my reading list for next year are the books I agreed to review for tours in January, almost all through TLC.
Brady Needs a Nightlight - Jan. 8 |
Short Leash: A Memoir of Dog Walking - Jan. 13 |
My Mother's Funeral: A Memoir - Jan. 20 |
A Different Sun: A Novel of Africa - Jan. 22 |
Last Train to Paris - Jan. 28 |
The schedule is a little tight toward the end of January, but I hope to read ahead to avoid a crunch. Curious about the books? Click on the covers for the book details.
Do you have any book tours coming up?
That would be a heavy reading schedule for me. The titles look very good. Have fun reading these!
ReplyDeleteI have Short Leash for tour this month and I'm also on My Mother's Funeral as well. :-)
ReplyDeleteI really want to read While We Were Watching Downton Abbey! I'll be away for half of January and actually have no reading commitments next month.
ReplyDeleteLoved While We Were Watching Downton Abbey...hope you do, too. Enjoy your week...and here's MY WEEKLY SUNDAY/MONDAY UPDATES
ReplyDeleteLast Train to Paris looks good, I've been enjoying historical fiction lately especially the pre- war period. Sounds very interesting. Hope its good and have a great week.
ReplyDeleteNice book haul. :) I'm got tours lined up in Jan and Feb. I need a new monthly planner! lol
ReplyDeleteLooks like some fun reading! Look forward to seeing your book tour events.

ReplyDeleteI have completed my tour books now until one early January and am considering what I will line up for after that. You have some interesting titles coming up. Enjoy your holidays and your reading!
ReplyDeleteLooks like some great titles.
ReplyDeleteI liked While We Were Watching Downton Abbey!
ReplyDeleteBusy, busy bee, you!
ReplyDeleteHere's my It's Monday!
Looks like a great variety. I hope you enjoy all of your new books.
ReplyDeleteLike your mix of reads so much.
ReplyDeleteTLC is a great tour company. Short Leash sounds interesting to me.
ReplyDeleteI don't do book tours because I don't like the pressure. I put enough pressure on myself without looking for an outside source. Some of those books do look rather intriguing. I hope you enjoy them all. Happy reading and happy holidays.
ReplyDeleteA Different Sun caught my eye. The typewriter cover DEFINITELY caught my eye, but the title is quite sad.
ReplyDeleteTHANKS for sharing and visiting my blog earlier.
ENJOY your week.

My It's Monday, What Are You Reading
I'm trying to ease up on book tours (but just as sure as I say that, watch, I'll have a bunch come up!) but I am intrigued by "My Mother's Funeral" on your list! You've got a cool website, my friend, I love the way the page melt into each other! Happy Reading!
ReplyDeleteOne of my new reading resolutions is not to participate in any blog tours or accept ARCs, so no tours for me. :-) Last Train to Paris looks good. Happy reading.
ReplyDeleteI'm really curious about the Downtown Abbey one, but they all look interesting! I hope you enjoy your books! :)
ReplyDeleteShort Leash sounds like fun. That's a lot of January books! I tend to over schedule my reading so I only commit to a few tour dates.
ReplyDeleteI am a Downton Abbey fan also, and that book caught my eye right off. I may have to check that one out.
ReplyDeleteTLC always has some great tours. I'll be reading Brady with my daughter.
