Sunday Salon: What I've Been Reading During Lock Down

I've been reading more recently, especially ebooks from the library, Netgalley, Amazon Unlimited, and books from my shelves.  Here are some of the books, mostly mystery, but a few historical fiction, travel fiction, and contemporary fiction.

  1. I've been reading more too. Loving my books and finding them a great distraction. I enjoy Jane Green's books so must have a look for the title above.

  2. Those covers cheer me up. Look at The Chef's Secret. And That Month in Tuscany. Fiction has not been working well for me, but I think I am going to look for those. I could use some escapist fiction, escaping into travel or food stories.

    I feel like I am spending too much time in nonproductive activities. I feel inspired by reading others' posts, like yours, with your focus on reading. My comadre (my daughter-in-law's mother) is busily painting for the first time in forty years, and one of our blogging friends is writing a book, and here you are, reading like crazy. I need to focus!

  8. I think my reading has decreased but is picking up again now somewhat. I see Jane Green among your books and I do think I've read that one too.

  18. I went through a reading slump at the beginning of the quarantine, but I'm back in the swing again. It helps that I set aside 1 hour for my kids and I to all read silently together.
