That looks very . . . wet. I haven't been to see the falls in years. Great picture :)
ReplyDeleteJust looking at the water makes me feel cooler already (the heat is increasing even as I type!).
ReplyDeleteThanks for cooling me off! lol
Here's MY SATURDAY SNAPSHOT POST
Great shot. Love the mist.
ReplyDeleteThat looks terrifying! I don't know if it's the water or the mist...but you really get the sense of the power of the falls.
ReplyDeleteGreat shot. It has been a few years since I've been to the Falls.
ReplyDeleteI've been on the Maid of the Mist. Was wet but a great experience in my trash bag coat they gave me. (^_^)
ReplyDeleteGosh, that is awesome. Here's my Saturday Snapshot http://chriscross-thebooktrunk.blogspot.co.uk/2012/06/right-royal-knit-wit-saturday-snapshot.html
ReplyDeleteMaid of the Mist is really a great adventure. Terrific picture.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!!
ReplyDeleteMaybe sometime, I'll get a ride on that Maid of the Mist/ Thanks for sharing your photo.
ReplyDeleteThat's a marvelous picture! I wouldn't mind being in that mist today--it's pretty hot and humid here at the moment.
ReplyDeleteHere's my Snapshot
Both of my older daughters and my husband have been to Niagra Falls but I have not. This picture actually looks a little dangerous to me...it's like one of those impending doom photos :/ ;)
ReplyDeleteThat is so cool! I would love to see it in person someday.
ReplyDeleteVery nice shot! I understand the future of The Maid of the Mist is in jeopardy due to contract issues :-(
ReplyDeleteBefore I saw the caption, I immediately guessed Niagra Falls; it's been years for me but the memory is vivid.
ReplyDeleteThis shot makes me homesick.
ReplyDeleteI was at the Falls in February this year. It was fairly quiet, so I just sat and watched them for a while. It was quite therapeutic. I managed to get a few pictures as well. My snapshot:

What a shot! It looks like something out of a horror movie, with the boat being swallowed by the falls.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog!
Riding on the Maid of the Mist tour boat is actually quite safe. The boat stops just about right there in the photo, so riders can get the full experience of the mist and the sounds of the falls.
ReplyDeleteGreat photo. I love Niagara Falls, it's just so huge and powerful, truly awesome.
