Came home from a short trip to sunny LA and found snow and frigid temps in Ohio and also a few new books to temper the sudden shift from 80-degree LA to 19-degree Ohio.

I am currently reading Lisa Lutz's thriller, The Passenger, and enjoying the story of a woman's attempts to change her identity and start a new life away from a troubled past.

I really enjoyed Meg Cabots princess diaries when I was younger but couldn't get in to her Mediator series. What are your thoughts on them?

DeleteI don't want to leave the house today either, but hubby bought us tickets to see the documentary Love Between the Covers at the local theater! It's -2 right now, but when we leave for the show it should be about 6 degrees! ugh...

Quite the temperature difference. Stay warm! Some good books, it looks like. I do like the Mediator series - well, I did. It's been a while since Cabot wrote it. I'm listening to it on audio as a reread before I read Remembrance. I'm happy that she's going to let us know 'what happened after they grew up'. Kind of like she did with the Princess Diaries through Royal Wedding.
